Indian minister for Rural development, drinking water and sanitation to deliver keynote address in Sri Lanka

Lakshman Kadiragamar Institute for International Studies (LKIIRSS) and the Research and Information System for Developing countries (RIS),New Delhi are jointly organizing a seminar on Poverty Alleviation at the Bandaranaike Centre for International Studies (BCIS), Colombo, Sri Lanka. Mr. Jairam Ramesh Minister of Rural Development, Drinking Water and Sanitation of the Government of India, will deliver the keynote address on “Changing Role of India in South Asia” at 5.00 p.m. on 12th July 2012.
