Since the beginning of its emergence in 1947,our eastern adjacent neighboring country of Pakistan who was separated by the then colonialism from the main body of British India and was set up beside Afghanistan as a cancerous tumor and in securing factor of our country, has been involved in an undeclared conflict with Afghanistan and for almost three quarters of a century this undefined hostility is going on in different eras in diverse forms.

Since its establishment, Pakistan lacked a strong government and absolute domination on its geographical territory in one hand, beside Afghanistan, Pakistan has been conflicting with its eastern neighbor, India due to border issues on the other. She has never approached her neighbor through good will and diplomatic channels and has been threatening both eastern and western neighbors stability and security with direct and indirect instrumental armed clashes. For her survival and interests, Pakistan has been fanning up ethnic, tribal and religious disunity in the region.

Pakistan has been resorting to a dirty and unconventional policy of nourishing and training of terrorist groups, has stretched hands of begging into the lap of religious hardliners and exptoiling these networks and extremists started and continues proxy wars and insurgencies in Afghanistan and thus continue a shameful life.

Since the outset of imposing of sinister Durand Line and creation of a geography in the name of Pakistan, the brave Afghan people claimed ownership of eastern territories of Durand Line.

If one have a glimpse in history and agreements between late Amir Abdurahman Khan and the British Indian authorities, it was not an official agreement between the two governments but was a private treaty of Amir Abdurrahman with the Then Britain, which in the wake of demise of Amir, this treaty was considered nullified naturally.

For almost three quarters of a century, Afghanistan was forced to be in confrontation and conflict with Pakistan over the nasty DL and has never found the chance of a peaceful period of good neighborliness with this degenerate neighbor. Particularly in the last over one and half decade of involvement of global counter-terror US, NATO led coalition for elimination of terrorism that resulted in ousting of Pakistan puppet petrified regime of Taliban, Pakistan was strongly affected with sudden amazement, her enmity and vindictiveness against Afghanistan and military-intelligence authorities specially the notorious I.S.I focused all their attention and potentials to achieve shadow strategic depth in Afghanistan. Pakistan sheltered fugitive Taliban terrorists and other extremists including Haqqani Network, Lashkar-e-Tayeba, Lashkar-e- Jangjoy and other options to destabilized and insecure Afghanistan again.

In recent catastrophic years and months, these Pakistan mercenaries and criminals organized and carried out several deadly terror attacks including attack on NDS facility in Pul-e-Mahmood Khan, Shah Shaheed, 400 bed military hospital, 209 corps in Balkh, Zanbaque Square, etc in which several hundreds innocent muslims and civilians were killed or injured. All these terrorist criminal attacks were masterminded by notorious I.S.I. but all Pakistan rulers and leaders including Perwaz Musharaf, Benazir Bhuto, Nawaz Sharif, Sar Taj Aziz and others have confirmed their country’s involvement specially I.S.I in insecurity of Afghanistan. One day prior to attend the UNGA72th meeting, in an interview with the British Financial Times, current Pakistani prime minister Shahed Khaqan Abbasi shamelessly said that terrorists involved in attack in Zanbaque square which was one of the bloodiest tragedies, were influenced into Afghanistan from Pakistan.

These shameful confessions are indicator of Pakistan practical and frank support of terrorists.
