FICCI report seeks BIMSTEC rejuvenation

A Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) sponsored report has made far-reaching recommendations for the "rejuvenation" of the 20-year-old BIMSTEC - the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sector Technical and Economic Cooperation and develop it as a "bridge between South Asia and Southeast Asia" by strengthening infrastructure and connectivity linkages between them.
