Colombo: An island-wide curfew will be in effect from 8 tonight (May 23) to 5.00 am on Tuesday the 26th of May, President’s Media Division said.

In all other districts, except Colombo and Gampaha, curfew will be relaxed at 5.00 am on Tuesday (May 26)

Curfew in these districts will be in effect from 8.00 pm to 5.00 am daily, until further notice.

The curfew currently in force in the Colombo and Gampaha will continue until further notice.
