Sri Lanka's Ministry of Education has decided to open schools and conduct as usual in five days a week under two stages while following the health recommendations.

Accordingly, it has been decided to start the classes for grades 6 to 13 from 2nd of September from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm and to commence normally all the schools including the primary classes from 8th of September.
