Over 50 foreign sailors have arrived in Sri Lanka via the Katunayake and Mattala airports to serve on ships anchored in the ports of Colombo and Galle.

A group of 47 foreign sailors have arrived at the Katunayake Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) from Qatar this morning (15).

Meanwhile, five more foreign sailors arrived at the Mattala Mahinda Rajapaksa Airport from Bangalore, India aboard an Indigo Airlines flight 6-E9093.

On its return from Mattala Airport, the Indigo Airlines flight has taken back 17 sailors from Sri Lanka to Bangalore, India.
