Indian High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami today said that he is hopeful about resuming air operation between India and Bangladesh "very quickly."

He said this to reporters following a courtesy call to Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader at the minister's secretariat office today.

He, however, said it would take "more time" to issue Indian tourist visa due to this pandemic.
