Colombo: The number of total confirmed COVID-19 coronavirus cases in Sri Lanka has risen to 254. according to the Health Promotion Bureau report released at 11 pm Saturday. Health Ministry has confirmed that 10 new coronavirus patients have been identified in the last 24 hours bringing the total active patients receiving treatment at hospitals to 161 while 103 individuals are currently under investigations in hospitals.

Seven patients have died and 86 patients including the Chinese tourist, who was the first COVID-19 case detected in the country in January, have fully recovered and been discharged from hospitals.
