190 people have been killed and 172 others were wounded in the recent flash floods in the country, the State Ministry for Natural Disasters Management said on Tuesday
190 people have been killed and 172 others were wounded in the recent flash floods in the country, the State Ministry for Natural Disasters Management said on Tuesday.
The floods affected over 4,000 families, 3,000 of which were supplied with basic help, said the ministry, stating that efforts are underway to seek employment for those affected in the recent floods.
Parwan, Kapisa, Panjshir, Maidan Wardak, Nangarhar, Paktia, Khost, Nuristan, Kunar, Laghman, Bamiyan and Ghazni are among the fourteen provinces which were badly hit by the floods.
