It was heartening to hear Mr Shah. God bless him for his enduring efforts. I too,, even as a "hawk" in IndoPak affairs have had interactions with good Pakistani persons. The foreword of one of my books, After Abbottabad, terror to turmoil in Pakistan was written by a well known Pakistani journalist, Mujahid Hussain, whose book, Punjabi Taliban, I had reviewed.
In 2016, I met a young Pakistani couple who came to India to get their books published. It was a pleasure interacting with them and later reviewing their books, Footprints of Partion by Anam Zakaria & In search of Shiva, by her husband, Haroon Khalid.
Another Pakistani author I met in Delhi is Hassan Abbas, who wrote Pakistan's drift into extremism, also published in India and reviewed by me.
All these authors and some other Pakistanis I met think that there can be no peace in Pakistan and between Pak & India till Pak army rules
