President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has declared that the US Millenium Challenge Corporation agreement will not be signed under his administration.
The Aruna Newspaper reported on Sunday that the President had said that various groups are portraying a false anti-US stance to appease the gallery.
He had insisted that the MCC would not be signed even in his dreams.
