India hands over dead Bangladeshi man after 72 hours

Indian police have returned the body of a Bangladeshi, who was shot dead by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) at the Srirampur union border in Patgram upazila of Lalmonirhat, after 72 hours

Indian police have returned the body of a Bangladeshi, who was shot dead by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) at the Srirampur union border in Patgram upazila of Lalmonirhat, after 72 hours.
 
The deceased was identified as Zahidul Islam, son of Dulal Hossain of Islampur area under Patgram upazila.

India’s Mekhliganj police station Officer in-Charge (OC) Mrittunjay Rai handed over the body of Zahidul to Patgram police station OC Sumon Kumar Mohonto on Friday near the main pillar no 853 of Srirampur union border. Company commanders and members of BGB and BSF were present at the time.
