The book containing alternative proposals for a new constitution for Sri Lanka was handed over to Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa today (16.11.2020) by the President of the Buddhist Congress Mr. Jagath Sumathipala.

Representing the Buddhasasana Task Force and the All Ceylon Buddhist Congress, the Venerable Maha Sangha presented the book to the Prime Minister at his official residence in Wijerama.

This book has been compiled by the National Policy Council, Law, Public Administration, National Security and Foreign Policy Subcommittee of the All Ceylon Buddhist Congress.
