Sri Lanka’s daily total of reported COVID-19 cases hit a new record on Tuesday (09) as 976 coronavirus infected people were detected, News First said.
971 of these cases were from the Peliyagoda Cluster and 04 cases were from the Prison Cluster.
The remaining COVID-19 cases was a returnee from the Kuwait.
