The Epidemiology Unit of Health Ministry states that 95,550 Sri Lankans have been vaccinated against COVID-19 coronavirus under the Covid-19 immunization program.

According to the Epidemiology Unit, 36,396 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 Monday 01) alone.

On the first day of the vaccination program in the country, the health sector was able to vaccinate 5,286 people, including frontline health workers and members of the security forces.
