Sri Lanka Planetarium that was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will re-open on Tuesday (July 7), the Government Information Department announced.

Arrangements have been made in line with the health regulations issued by the Government and health Sectors, to restart Planetarium Shows that suspended due to Covid-19 epidemic situation, from July 7, 2020, K. Arunu Prabha Perera, Director (Sri Lanka Planetariums} of the Ministry of Higher Education, Technology and Innovations announced.

Mr. Arunu Prabha Perera said all the shows wall be held with a limited number of participants in order to maintain social distance
