A Bangladeshi man has been gunned down by the Border Guard Police (BGP) of Myanmar near Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar.
Mohammed Islam, 35, was shot on Saturday night by the BGP when he was fishing in the Naf River. He died while being treated at Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital on Sunday evening.
Islam had gone fishing at the Naf river with three other fishermen , said Nazir Ahmed, UP member of Teknaf.
