The main opposition party Nepali Congress has decided to go on a nationwide protest against dissolution of the House of Representatives.

The nationwide protest has been planned for Monday, December 28. A decision to this effect was taken at the party’s central working committee meeting held at its central office in Sanepa, Lalitpur.

Nepali Congress will be protesting against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s move to dissolve the Lower House of the country, which has left political parties including the ruling Nepal Communist Party, and general public, in confusion and dilemma.
