Ann Haokip, first secretary (political) in the Indian embassy in Thimphu, on Monday handed over COVID-19 tests kits to Bhutan here in Bhutan, reported thekenselonline.com

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, India has been helping Bhutan with all necessary medical deliveries like N-95 masks, surgical masks, PPE kits, Hydroxychloroquine, and X-ray machines.

Calling the deliveries of essential supplies as a “reflection of the special bond of trust and understanding” between the two nations, a statement from the Indian embassy reads, “India will continue to extend all possible supports to Bhutan to minimize the health and economic impact of COVID-19.”
