The Government of the Netherlands is ready to provide free higher and post education and technical knowledge related to agriculture in Sri Lanka, said the Ambassador of the Netherlands in Sri Lanka, Tanja Gonggrijp.

Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Minister of Agriculture held discussions with the Ambassador Gonggrijp at the Ministry of Agriculture yesterday (25). Deputy Ambassador Anuk Baron also participated in the discussions.

While the two sides discussed bolstering the bilateral agricultural cooperation between the two countries, the discussions were focused more on the development projects such as integrated multi-crop agriculture and water treatment and management.
