Sri Lanka is holding talks with India and China to bring down COVID-19 vaccines, foreign secretary Jayanath Colambage said.
Colambage told News1st that the government is evaluating the cost involved in bringing down the vaccines and studying its storage and distribution.
He added that the AstraZeneca vaccine that is being used in several countries is among the jabs like to be brought down by Sri Lanka.
