At least 30 people killed and 70 were injured in a suicide bombing near an educational center on Saturday evening in the western part of the capital city of Kabul.  Among the dead most are teenage children.

The suicide bomber who was approaching Kawsar Educational Center situated in a narrow street was identified by security guards and blew himself near the gate of the center. Taliban has denied its involvement in the incident.

Some local journalists reported that ISIS took responsibility for the attack in a group message in Telegram but hasn’t provided any proof. Earlier in 2018, a similar bombing in an educational institution took the life of 48 people in the city.
