Each grain of Sand does a message carry
Stagnation’s ruin, do not tarry,
The heart it knows the need for a beat
The need for one to the other, meet!

The Hand, too, needs another’s shake
How else do we a contact make,
The eye to an eye may not relate
The space in between, may distance create!

The World was not meant to not move
Nor Time to stand still, not dance not groove,
The tapping of feet is rhythm in motion
Wherever did we get an alternative notion?

Motion does not connote change, we know
A river’s the same despite changing flow!
And, so with Time do all things alter
‘Tis best for us, too, to then not falter!

Sunrise and Sunset some angles manoeuvre
But they always seem to be in clover,
We need remind ourselves time and again
Of who came first, the egg or the hen!

Things need acceptance and nothing more
Why sail the turbulence to the other shore!
The Sands shifting beneath our feeling feet
Convey it all when the ground we meet!

Time Loves All Who Love Their Time
The Whirl of the Waltz is the name of Rhyme,
Glitz and Glamour are a moment or two
Fairy tales in the Art of Living, called Pantomime!

The time to love is here and now
That touch forgotten and,sadly, how
‘Tis time to reflect and amends make
For the lonely Me and a lonely Thou!

Vagabonds, need a little chaining we know
For the hearts within to stay aglow,
Time’s precious and that’s all we have
Why while it away, why let it flee and go!

Keep it happy, Time’s there for us
O, silly Man, why tear it apart,
Time, like us does tick away
For it, too, has a warm, beating, heart!

O, Time,
Man does, perhaps, a lesson need,
Hasten,
For Life is short and so are You
And, overwhelming, indeed, is Man’s greed!
