Sri Lanka will open airports for commercial tourist flights from January 21, 2021 and the travel industry will have to follow revised guidelines to be published shortly, Tourism Minister Prasanna Ranatunga had said.

Both Mattala and Katunayake airports will be open, he said.

Tourists will be allowed to visit 14 locations
