Former Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena has said that it would not be unfair to take legal action against him if he is found guilty in any investigation into the last year’s terrorist attack on Easter Sunday.

However, testifying before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry probing Easter Sunday attacks yesterday and today, the former President continued to insist that although all members of the security and intelligence services were responsible for preventing the attack, he had no responsibility as President.
