Share Your Joys, Keep Sorrows To Yourself
Moods are very contagious, indeed
Moods are very contagious, indeed
Share, with others, your positive energy
Minimal is interest in sob stories
To this is attached no mystery.
A smile begets you a smile in response
No creases, no doubts, no frowns
The one who lives through the storm
Is the one who swims or drowns.
Happiness and joy live within us
Without, is clutter and clamour,
A coat of paint is all it is
The world of glitz and glamour.
Share your joys and good fortune
Thank the good Lord for it,
Thank Him for the missing darkness
Thank Him for the road that’s lit
The ups and downs of Life, friends
Are all in a parcel of one,
Therein lie the good and bad times
Till it’s all finally, done
Share your joy and keep your sorrow
Remember, there’s always the morrow.
