Police Media Spokesman, DIG Ajith Rohana stated that drone technology will be used to monitor those violating the quarantine laws in isolated areas.

The Police Media Spokesman said the operation commenced from this evening (12) and strict action will be taken against those who violate the quarantine rules.

The police arrested 15 persons for violating quarantine laws after drone cameras detected them in lockdown areas in Modara, Colombo.
