Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday morning saw three explosions within two hours. The explosions killed three people, including an Afghan Hindu, TOLOnews reported.
The first blast reported at around 9:30 in the morning. Within an hour, when security forces were busy in rescue ops, the second explosion took place. It killed two civilians, one among them was a Hindu. Around five people were wounded in the same incident. Kabul Police informed two Hindus were among the wounded.
The third explosion was reported in northern Kabul. The explosion targeted a security force vehicle, killing a security force member.
Hindus and Sikhs, which are among the minuscule minority communities in Afghan society, have repeatedly come under attacks by terrorists. Last year in March, suicide bombers staged one of the most gruesome attacks on a gurudwara in Kabul in which 25 Sikhs were killed.
Most members of the community have already left Afghanistan for India due to security reasons. A handful of members still live in the country, mainly to take care of their holy shrines.
ISIS has repeatedly targeted the religious places of ethnic and religious Afghan minorities.
