Sunrise Lost in the Haze

Don’t let anyone near the Soul
They may only wish to tarnish it,

Sunrise Lost in the Haze

Don’t let anyone near the Soul
They may only wish to tarnish it,
Though darkness never, ever, enters
The heart that’s, always, brightly lit.

Blessings need no proximity
And, Silence rules God’s world,
‘Tis mostly Man compelling Nature
When, storms rage and Hail is hurled.

Rampant Man like rampant beast
Tramples all in his wake,
Does no one worry nor think today
Of Peace and for Humanity’s sake.

God, now a forgotten entity
Except when troubles arise
Darkness, envelops both Night and Day
Lost, somewhere, is Sunrise.

There’s mist and smoke everywhere
The aftermath a haze,
Will the Lord above someday
His mighty voice, raise?
